My Coaching Process
1. Introduction
This initial call is the discovery of your current state. We’ll discuss your challenges and your desired situation to see if and how I can best help you.
If we’re a good fit, this will be the first step of our journey together.
2. Delving Deeper
I’ll start with a first one-hour session where we go together through your processes and your growth strategy. By actively listening and asking you the right questions - I’ll help you define your goal and identify what could be holding you back from reaching this to address any roadblock you may face.

4. Coaching Session
The coaching sessions are one hour long. In the session, I will help you map out a personalised journey to get you from where you are to where you want to be, with effective tools and practical tips to implement.
5. Action Points
After several coaching sessions together, I’ll send you a complete debriefing and a list of action points to get you started embracing change. I’ll also offer support materials to help you through and be sure you have the best guidance within the process.
I’ll then answer any questions you might have post-sessions and track your progress weekly to stay on the right track.
